Cold Break Tomato Powder
COLD BREAK
TOMATO POWDER

Agusa produces Tomato Powder that is made by “Spray Drying”, or atomizing tomato paste. Due to the fact that the tomato powder is very hygroscopic, silicon dioxide is added as an anti-caking agent. However, you can request 100% natural tomato powder.

SEASONINGS

This product is quite simply pure and natural dehydrated tomatoes. It can be made into a sweet tasting paste, sauce, or juice in a matter of minutes. No more opening cans of paste only to use a portion and letting the rest go to waste. Tomato powder also lasts indefinitely when you store it in the refrigerator.

Use to add color and flavor to homemade pasta. Add as a thickener in gumbo, sauces, and stews. Sprinkle on breads, salads or pizza. Mix into meatloaf.
